I spent nearly ten years navigating an exhausting loop with food, mood, and poor digestion — feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. Finding peace with food and supporting my gut changed everything for me. That experience inspired me to help others on the same path. If you’re tired of food struggles, mood swings, or digestive issues, I’m here to offer simple, down-to-earth support that fits your life. We’ll explore these connections, guide you in optimizing your digestive health, and help address these common discomforts so you can feel more energized, lighter, and in sync with your body.

Supporting you to improve your relationship with food, ease digestive discomfort, and balance your mood through personalized nutrition. Whether you’re dealing with gut issues, food-related stress, or mental wellness, I’ll help you find simple, practical ways to feel better.
I also work with clients on a variety of other nutrition concerns tailored to your unique needs.

Pediatric/Youth Nutrition
I support kids and teens (ages 2–19) and their parents or caregivers in building a healthy, stress-free relationship with food. Together, we’ll navigate common food myths from social media, manage picky eating without pressure, and encourage eating habits that help support mood and overall well-being.

Corporate & Community Wellness
I offer engaging nutrition talks and workshops designed to support healthy eating, reduce stress, and boost energy in the workplace and beyond. I’ve had the privilege of speaking at schools, workplaces, special events, and with organizations like the Cardiac Rehab Society. My goal is to share simple, practical nutrition strategies that help people feel their best every day.

Melissa Schweb, R.H.N. C.P.T
Hi! I’m Melissa; a nutritionist, chocolate lover, dog mom and farm kid at heart. I’m passionate about making nutrition accessible, approachable, stress-free, and yes, even fun!
After my own long journey with mental health and food struggles, I finally found peace, and now I’m here to help you find yours.
I specialize in food freedom, food & mood, and gut/digestive health, but I also love supporting clients with personalized nutrition across a wide range of areas, from cycle support to heart health and more.
With a background as a personal trainer and behaviour interventionist, I support you as a whole person; mind, body, and emotions. I bring all these areas of knowledge together in my work because wellness is more than what's on your plate. Let’s make food and wellness something you actually enjoy!
You can find me in-person at TaylorMade Wellness Clinic in Salmon arm, or work with me virtually from anywhere in the world.
